* Exported from MasterCook * Watergate Cake Recipe By : Serving Size : 20 Preparation Time :1:30 Categories : Cakes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package white cake mix 1 box (3 1/2 oz) instant pistacho pudding 1 cup oil 3 eggs 1 cup club soda 1/2 cup nuts -- chopped -----Topping----- 1 box (3 1/2 oz) instant pistacho pudding 1 1/4 cups milk 9 ounces Cool Whip Maraschino cherries (optional) -- cut in halves Nuts (optional) -- Chopped Mix pistacho pudding with cake mix. Add all other cake ingredients except nuts and beat for about 2 minutes. Add nuts. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.
