MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Rhubarb Pudding Cake Categories: Cakes, Desserts, Fruits, Pudding Yield: 1 Cake CAKE: 1 Egg; beaten 1 1/2 c Sugar 2 tb Shortening 1/2 c Milk 1 1/4 c Flour 3 1/2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt TOPPING: 3 c Rhubarb; diced 1 c Sugar; heaping 2 c Water; boiling Combine cake recipe ingredients, and mix well. Spread in well greased 9x13" pan. (You can use 8-9 inch square pan if you like the cake to be thicker). Combine topping ingredients, and pour over cake batter. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until cake is golden brown. MMMMM
