      Title: Lemmon Cakes (Candy)

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 c  Sugar; +2 tb
      2 tb Rosewater
      2 tb Orange blossom water
      2 tb Water
      1    Lemon; zest of
    1/2    Lemon; juice of
           Baking parchment (or other
           -appropriate surface)
 
  Put the sugar, scented waters, and water into a small saucepan. Heat
  until the sugar is melted and crystals begin to form on the side of
  the pot. Add the lemon zest and juice. Heat through and stir. * Pour
  candy mix onto baking parchment to set. Cut, break, or use another
  method to shape bite-size candies.
