MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Easy Chocolate Eclair Cake

      Yield: 15 Servings

      2 c  Whole milk
      7 oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
           - (2 boxes)
      8 oz Tub whipped topping; thawed
 14 3/8 oz Box whole graham crackers
     16 oz Tub chocolate frosting

  In a large bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix for
  2 minutes. Fold in cool whip until well-combined.

  In a 13x9" baking dish, layer graham crackers evenly over bottom.
  Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over grahams, repeat
  layers. Top with remaining graham crackers. Spread chocolate
  frosting over top.

  Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Cut into squares; serve.
