Aeblekage (Apple Cake) 250 g Flour 250 g Sugar 2 Eggs 250 g Butter or margerine (milk can be used as a substitute, for a - lower fat cake, and it works just fine) 1 ts Baking powder 2-3 Apples Mix the wet stuff then add the flour/sugar/baking powder mix. Rinse and peel the apples and put them of the bottom of the pan (you can add a little cinnamon to the apples by sprinkling some on top) then pour the cake-dough over the apples. Bake in a pre-heated oven (350) for 25-30 minutes or until brown on top. Test the cake with a tooth pick to see if ready.
