                         Mandarin Orange Cake II

   1      pkg           Lemon cake mix
     1/2  c             Hazelnuts -- ground
   6      oz            Can mandarin oranges -- drained/diced
   1      ts            Orange extract
   2      tb            Orange zest

Make cake mix according to pkg directions, adding in the rest of
ingredients. Pour into greased tube pan and bake for 50 minutes at
350 F. Cool and remove from pan. Dust with confectioners' sugar or
glaze with chocolate.
