8 oz cream cheese 8 oz sour cream 8 oz no-dairy whipped topping 1/3 cup sugar 1 graham cracker pie crust Soften the Cream cheese in the microwave and mix thoroughly with the sugar. Add the sour cream. Once they are well-blended, add the whipped topping. Mix. Spoon into the graham cracker pie crust and chill for at least an hour. This goes well with fresh fruit slices on top or a can of cherry or strawberry pie filling spooned over each slice.
