           Crust:
  1 1/2 pk Craham crackers; crushed
    1/2 c  Sugar
      6 tb Butter; melted
           Cake
     20 oz Crushed pineapple (natural
           - juice packed)
  1 1/2 lb Cream cheese; removed from
           - wrappers and warmed in
           - microwave on high for
           - 1-1/2 minutes
      1 c  Sugar
      1 ts Vanilla
      5 lg Eggs; removed from shell and
           - warmed 25 seconds in the
           - microwave
    1/2 c  Heavy cream
    1/4 c  Corn starch
 
  Crust:

  Mix and pat onto bottoms and sides of 10" springform.
