Matejka Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:15 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- ----Crust---- 1 c graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsps granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 c margarine -- melted ----Filling---- 2 pkgs fat-free cream cheese -- (8 oz) 1/2 c granulated sugar 2 egg whites -- beaten 1 tsp vanilla ----Topping---- 4 c apples -- peeled/sliced thin 1/3 c granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Preheat oven at 350. Prepare sides of 9" springform pan with cooking spray. To prepare crust, combine cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, one 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and margarine in mixing bowl. Spread around springform pan, gently pressing down. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, egg whites, and vanilla. Pour batter into prepared crust. To prepare topping, combine apples, remaining sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Spread evenly on cheesecake layer. Bake for approximately 60 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
