MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lazarus Cheesecake Categories: Desserts, Cheese, Dairy Yield: 9 servings MMMMM---------------------------CRUST-------------------------------- 1 3/4 c Graham-cracker crumbs 1/2 c Butter; melted 1/4 c Granulated sugar MMMMM--------------------------FILLING------------------------------- 24 oz Cream cheese; room temp 1 1/2 c Sugar 4 lg Eggs 1 tb Vanilla MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING------------------------------- 1 1/2 c Dairy sour cream 3/4 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla CRUST; Blend cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press onto the sides and bottom of a well greased, 10" spring-form pan. Set aside. FILLING: Set oven @ 300 F/150 C. Mix cream cheese and sugar for 3 - 5 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat the mixture for 30 minutes. Turn the cheese mixture into the prepared pan and bake 50 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature for 20 minutes. TOPPING: Blend sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour atop the cooled cheesecake and return to the oven for 10 minutes longer. Let cool. Serve.
