MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Easy New York Cheesecake Categories: Tested, Easy, Dessert Yield: 6 Servings 12 oz Cream cheese; whipped 1/2 c Sugar 2 lg Eggs 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/8 ts Lime OR lemon juice 1 ea Prepared regular size -graham cracker crust MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING------------------------------- 1 1/2 tb Sugar 8 oz Sour cream 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/8 ts Lime OR lemon juice Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl blend cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer. Add egg then vanilla and lime juice OR lemon juice. Pour mixture into ready made crust. Place in oven and bake 40 - 45 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. As cheesecake is cooling, in a medium bowl beat the topping ingredients until well blended. Pour evenly over the pie and spread evenly. Place pie back into oven and bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate 6 hours before serving. This recipe can be doubled easily - use two regular size graham cracker crusts - the larger crusts would be too large. Mr. Food Tested 1/12/12 - Very easy and good flavor. Will make again. MMMMM
