      Title: Macadamia-Mocha Cheesecake

      Yield: 6 servings
 
           Crust:
      1 lb Oreos; crushed
      1 c  Macadamia nuts; chopped
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
           Filling:
      1 c  Sugar
      4 lg Eggs; shelled and warmed in
           - microwave 25 seconds
     24 oz Cream cheese; unwrapped and
           - warmed in microwave
           - 2 minutes
      8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate; melted
      1 tb Instant coffee; dissolved in:
      1 tb Water; hot
      2 tb Unsweetened cocoa
      1 ts Vanilla
      3 c  Sour cream
    3/4 c  Macadamia nuts; chopped
      4 tb Butter; melted
 
  Crust:

  Mix well and pat into bottom and sides of 10" springform pan.
