      Title: Chocolate Zucchini Squares

           Svitek-
  2-1/2 c  Flour
    1/4 c  Cocoa; unsweetened
      2 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 c  Butter; or margarine;
           -softened
      1 c  Brown sugar; packed
    1/2 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Vegetable oil
    1/2 c  Buttermilk; or sour milk
      1 ts Vanilla
      3    Eggs
      2 c  Zucchini; shredded
      1 c  Chocolate chips

  Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Cream margarine, oil
  and sugars at medium speed for 2 minutes, or until light
  and fluffy. Beat in buttermilk, vanilla and eggs.  Reduce
  speed to low; beat in dry ingredients until well blended.
  Stir in zucchini. Spread batter in greased 13x9x2-inch
  baking pan.  Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 
  for 45-minutes or till tester comes out clean. Cool.

  Note.  I use buttermilk powder.  These are like a brownie.
