      Title: Blueberry-Cheese Bars

      1 pk Refrigerated sugar slice-and
           Bake cookie/18 oz; at room t
           -emp.
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1    Egg
    1/4 c  Sugar
    1/2 ts Lemon rind; grated
  1-1/2 c  Blueberry pie filling
 
      Preheat oven to moderate (350 F).  Press dough evenly in a greased
  13x9x2-inch baking pan.

      Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon rind in a medium-size bowl with
  an electric mixer until smooth. Spread cheese mixture over cookie dough.
  Dollop blueberry pie filling on cheese; swirl with a knife or small metal
  spatula.

      Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F) for 35 minutes. Cool on wire
  racks.  Cut into bars. Refrigerate.

  Makes 48 bar cookies.
