      Title: Chess Cake Bars

      Yield: 1 servings
 
      2 c  Biscuit baking mix
      2 c  Light brown sugar; packed
           -tightly
      1 c  White sugar
      4    Eggs
      1    Butter
           Or margarine; melted
      1 ts Vanilla
 
    Mix ingredients and put into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Bake in a 350
  degree oven for 45 minutes.  Don't be shocked when it rises up very puffy
  and then falls. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
