      Title: Chocolate 'n Caramel Bars

      1 pk Pillsbury plus german
           Chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c  Margarine or butter; melted
    1/3 c  Milk
      1 c  Semi-sweet chocolate chips
      1 c  Chopped nuts
      1 c  Caramel ice cream topping
 
   ***Here's a great bar cookie made easy with ice cream topping. Store these
  chewy caramel bars tightly covered.
    Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine cake
  mix, margarine and milk; mix well. Press half of dough evenly in bottom of
  greased pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts evely over dough; drizzle
  evenly with ice cream topping. Crumble remaining dough mixture over ice
  cream topping. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until caramel begins to
  bubble. Cool completely; cut into bars. Makes 36 bars.
