Grease bottom of a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan or two 9-inch square baking pans. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients, except Glaze, in order listed. Spread batter in prepared pan(s). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Drizzle with Confectioners' Glaze. Cut into 2x1-inch bars. * NOTE: If using Martha White All-Purpose Flour, sift 1 tablespoon baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt with flour. CONFECTIONERS' GLAZE: 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar 3 tablespoons milk.
