      Title: Mississippi Mud Bars2

      2 c  Sugar
      1 c  Margarine
      3 tb Cocoa
      4    Eggs
  1 1/2 c  Flour
  1 1/4 c  Coconut
  1 1/2 c  Chopped nuts
      7 oz Marshmallow cream
           -----frosting-----
      1 lb Confectioners' sugar
    1/2 c  Evaporated milk
    1/2 c  Cocoa
    1/2 c  Soft margarine
      1 ts Vanilla
 
  Cream together sugar, margarine and cocoa.  Addeggs and mix well.  Add
  flour, coconut and nuts.  Blend thoroughly.  Bake in greased 12x15" cookie
  sheet at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Remove from oven and spread with
  marshmallow cream.
  
  Frosting:
  Cream together frosting ingredients, blending well.  When bars are cool,
  frost.
