      Title: S'more Topped Bars
 Categories: Cookies, Marshmallow
      Yield: 24 servings
 
    3/4 c  Sugar
      1    Butter
      1    Egg
  1 1/2 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Salt
  1 1/2 c  Chocolate chips
      3 c  Miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c  Peanuts; coarsely chopped
 
  Beat sugar, butter and egg in large bowl at medium speed until
  light and fluffy. At low speed, beat in flour, baking powder, and
  salt until blended. Spread batter in greased 9x13" pan. Bake at
  350 F for 10 to 12 minutes, until set. Sprinkle chocolate over
  batter. Top with marshmallows and peanuts. Bake 10 to 15 minutes,
  until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool and cut into bars.
