     1/2  c             Butter
  12      oz            Semi-sweet chocolate chips
   1                    Bag miniature marshmallows
   1      c             Peanut butter -- less 2 tb

Melt chips, peanuts butter, and butter over low heat. Stir until
melted and hot, but not boiling. Pour over small marshmallows in the
bottom of a 13x9" pan. Refrigerate.
