Coat 12x9 inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. In small bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In medium bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add flour mixture and mix well. Spread batter into baking pan and even out with spatula. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
