                      Peanut Butter Chip Fruit Bars

   3                    Eggs
   1      c             Sugar
     1/2  ts            Vanilla
   1 1/4  c             Flour
   1 1/2  ts            Baking powder
     1/2  ts            Salt
   1 1/2  c             Peanut butter chips
   1      c             Raisins
     1/2  c             Cherries -- chopped
     1/2  c             Peanut butter chips
                        White Glaze:
   1      c             Powdered sugar
   1      tb            Milk -- up to 2 tb

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to egg
mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, raisins, and cherries.
Spread evenly into a greased 9x13" pan; bake at 350 F for 25 to
30 minutes. Cool. Spread with a White Glaze. 

Sprinkle 1/2 cup peanut butter chips on top of glaze. Cut into 2x1"
bars. 

White Glaze:

Mix until desired consistency.

Yield: 48 Bars
