                          Double Chocolate Bars

     1/2  c             Margarine
     3/4  c             Sugar
   2                    Eggs
   1      ts            Vanilla
     3/4  c             Flour
     1/2  c             Pecans
   2      ts            Cocoa
     1/4  ts            Baking powder
   2      c             Mini marshmallows
   6      oz            Chocolate chips
   1      c             Peanut butter
   1 1/2  c             Rice cereal

Cream margarine and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla.  Stir in flour,
nuts, cocoa, and baking powder.  Spread in greased 9x13" pan.  Bake
at 350 F for 15 - 20 minutes.  Sprinkle with marshmallows.  Bake
3 minutes more.  Cool. In saucepan, combine choocolate chips and
peanut butter; stir over low heat until chips are melted.  Stir in
cereal.  Spread over bars.
