---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies Categories: Cookies, Chocolate Yield: 60 servings 2 1/4 c All-purpose flour 1/3 c Hershey's cocoa 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Butter; softened 3/4 c Granulated sugar 3/4 c Packed light brown sugar 1 ts Vanilla extract 2 eggs 12 oz Hershey's semi-sweet -chocolate chips 1 c Chopped nuts (optional) Recipe by: www.hersheys.com Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
