Heat oven to 375 degrees. For cookies, combine the brown sugar, softened butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla in large bowl of electric mixer; beat until creamy. Slowly add the flour, malted milk powder, baking powder, soda nad salt, blending well. 2. Roll on-third of the dough at a time 1/4 inch thick between sheets of lightly floured was paper. Cut into about 2-1/2 inch rounds. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until set and bottoms are golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from the baking sheets to cool on racks. 3. For frosting, combine the brown sugar, butter, and milk in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat until butter has melted and sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the powdered, malted milk powder and vanilla. Spread on the cooled cookies while the frosting is still warm -----
