      Title: Peanut Blossoms
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 48 servings
 
           Mix all together
  1 3/4 c  All-purpose flour
    1/2 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Brown sugar, packed
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Shortening
    1/2 c  Peanut butter
      1 lg Egg
      2 tb Milk
      1 ts Vanilla extract
 
    Shape into balls using a rounded tsp for each. Roll balls in additional
  brown and white sugar mixed. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. BAke at 375
  for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven. Top each cookie immediately with a
  milk chocolate candy kiss pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around the
  edges. About 48 cookies
