      Title: Goldy's Honey-Ginger Snaps

    1/2 c  Honey
      8 tb Butter
    1/2 c  Sugar
      1    Egg
      2 c  Flour
      2 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 ts Ground ginger
      1 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Ground cloves

      Set oven temp to 375F. Cream honey, butter, sugar and egg. Sift
  together and the flour, soda, salt, and spices. Chill one hour. Roll level
  tablespoons of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie
  sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. NOTES
