      Title: Spicy Zucchini Cookies

      Yield: 72 servings
 
    3/4 c  Butter or margarine
      2 c  Sugar
      3    Eggs; beaten
      2 ts Vanilla
      4 c  Flour
      1 ts Salt
      2 tb Baking powder
  1 1/4 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Vanilla
    1/4 ts Ground cloves
    1/2 ts Ground ginger
    1/2 ts Ground allspice
      3 c  Zucchini; grated
      2 c  Raisins
      1 c  Chopped nuts
 
  Recipe by: Joe Donley Blend butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  Sift together dry ingredients. Gradually blend dry ingredients into egg
  mixture. Stir in zucchini. Fold in raisins and nuts. Bake in 350 degree
  oven on ungreased baking sheets for 10-12 min. Makes 6 dox. medium size
  cookies. I frost with cream cheese icing. Enjoy. Joe Donley
