      Title: Applesauce Cookies
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 9 Dozen
 
      2 c  Brown sugar
      2    Eggs
      1 c  Butter; (1 pound)
      2 ts Baking soda
      3 c  Applesauce
      2 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Cloves
      2 ts Vanilla
      2 c  Raisins
      2 c  Walnuts
           Flour
 
  Mix all together with enough flour to make spoon stand in middle of
  pan. Drop dough on greased pan by teaspoon. Bake at 400 degrees F for
  10-12 minutes.
