---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Chinese Chews Categories: Cookies, Bakery Yield: 36 servings 3 Eggs 1 c Sugar 3/4 c All purpose flour 1 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 1 c Chopped dates 1 c Chopped pecans Sifted powdered sugar Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored; gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to egg mixture, beating well. Fold in dates and pecans. Spread batter evenly in a greased 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 3000 for 35 minutes.
