                         No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

   2      cups          sugar
     1/4  pound         margarine
     1/2  cup           cocoa
     1/2  cup           milk
     1/2  cup           peanut butter
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
   3      cups          quick oatmeal

Combine first 5 ingredients and cook for 4 minutes.  Remove from stove and ad t
he vanilla and oatmeal.  Drop on waxed paper by teaspoon.
