                    No-Bake Marshmallow-Chip Clusters

   3      tb            Unsalted butter
   4 1/4  c             Mini marshmallows -- divided
   1      ts            Vanilla
     3/4  c             Peanuts -- roasted, chopped
     1/2  c             Raisins
   1 1/2  c             Unsalted pretzels -- broken up
   1      c             Semisweet chocolate chips

Make sure to use unsalted pretzels! Salt bits on regular ones are not
really pleasant in this cookie. These are very ooey and gooey and
would be great for kids.

In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in 3-1/4 cups marshmallows until
melted. Off heat, add vanilla.

In large bowl, mix together peanuts, raisins and pretzels. Add
marshmallow mixture and stir to coat. Let cool slightly and add
remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Spray hands with cooking spray and roll mixture into haystacks or
ball-shapes and place on waxed paper lined baking sheets. Chill until
set.
