Ginger Snaps 1/4 c Apple Butter (or other fat substitute) 1/2 c Molasses 1 1/2 c Whole wheat pastry flour 1 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Ginger powder 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/4 ts Ground cloves Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients and stir well. Form twenty-four 1" round balls and place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Moisten the bottom of a drink glass (I use a sponge) and flatten each ball.
