Sugar Cookies

1 cup oleo (margarine)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt

Mix oleo, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.  Add flour mixture
and chill for 1-2 hours.  Roll in balls.  Roll in 
3 tb sugar and 1 1/2 ts cinnamon.  Bake 6 minutes
on ungreased cookie sheet.
