  1 1/2 c  Pow. suger
      1 c  Butter
      1    Egg
      1 ts Vanilla
  2 1/4 c  Flour
      1 c  Finely chopped oats
      1 ts Bak. soda
 
  cream  pow. suger and butter
  add egg and vanilla
  add remaining ingredients
  roll out and cut into shapes
  bake 375 `  about 8-10 minutes
