MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Peanut Butter-Oat Energy Balls Categories: Cookies Yield: 12 Servings 1 c Medjool dates; chopped 1/2 c Rolled oats 1/4 c Natural peanut butter Chia seeds; for garnish Soak dates in a small bowl of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain. Combine the soaked dates, oats and peanut butter in a food processor and process until very finely chopped. Roll into 12 balls (1 scant tb each). Garnish with chia seeds, if desired.
