   8      cups          brown sugar -- (3 1/2 boxes)

   4      pounds        flour
   7      tablespoons   baking soda -- (1/2 c.)

Do not grease pans.  Bake in 350 degree convection oven for 10 minutes. Adapt t
o your own oven.
