                          Rice Chex Candy Cookie

   1      c             Sugar
   1      c             White Karo syrup
   1      ts            Vanilla
   1 1/2  c             Crunchy peanut butter
   1      c             Pecans -- chopped
   5      c             Rice Chex

Boil sugar and Karo for 1 minute. Remove from stove. Add vanilla and
peanut butter, blend together. Pour over Rice Chex and nuts. Mix well
and drop on wax paper.
