      Title: Finnish Pecan Balls

      Yield: 1 servings
 
      1 c  Butter
      4 tb Sugar
      2 c  Pastry flour
      2 ts Vanilla
      2 c  Pecans; cut coarsely
 
     Cream butter, add sugar gradually and cream.  Add flour, vanilla, and
  nuts. Roll to size of butter ball. Bake about 45 minutes in 300  oven. Roll
  in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
