MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Orange Walnut Crust Categories: Pastry Yield: 10 ") 3/4 c Unbleached white flour 1/2 c Whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 c Walnuts; chopped 1 ts Orange zest; grated 4 tb Butter; chilled 2 tb Orange juice; up to 3 tb, - very cold In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flours. Add the walnuts and orange zest, and mix well. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until it is well blended. A food processor equipped with a chopping blade works well. Add just enough orange juice to form a moist but not wet dough. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic, and chill for 1 hour. Roll out the dough to fit into a 10" pie plate.
