      Title: Bimini Key Lime Pie

      1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 c  Juice from key limes;
           - up to 3/4 c
    1/2 ts Vanilla
      1    Graham cracker pie crust
           - (9")
           Whipped cream topping
 
  Combine milk, cream chese, and lime juice in blender. Blend on low
  speed until smooth. Add vanilla and stir into mixture. Pour into
  graham cracker crust. Chill in refrigerator until set. Top with
  whipped cream before serving.
