   1                    Egg
   3      tb            Cider vinegar
   1      ts            Lemon extract
   4      tb            Flour
   1      c             Sugar
   1      c             Water -- boiling
   1                    Pie shell -- baked

Mix sugar and flour together. Add boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Add
lemon and vinegar. Put in pie shell cool.
