MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Peach Bavarian Cream Pie Categories: Fruits, Pies, Dairy, Desserts Yield: 6 servings 10 oz Sliced peaches; chopped 1 c Water 3 oz Pkg peach-flavoured gelatin 1/4 c Sugar 1 c Heavy cream 1/4 ts Almond extract 1 (9") graham cracker pie Crust Drain juice from thawed peaches; add enough water to juice to measure 1/2 cup. Set liquid aside. Pour 1 cup boiling water in mixing bowl; add gelatin and sugar, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add 1/2 cup peach liquid. Refrigerate gelatin mixture, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff; add almond extract. Beat gelatin mixture until foamy; fold in whipped cream, then peaches. Chill again, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust; chill until set.
