      Title: Hi-Ho Mock Apple Pie
 Categories: Pies
      Yield: 1 Pie
 
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Cream of tartar
      2 c  Hot water
     22    Hi-Ho crackers; (Ritz will
           -do)
      2    Pie crusts
           Cinnamon
           Brown sugar
           Butter
 
  Bring water to a boil and drop in the whole Hi-Ho crackers and boil
  slowly for 2 minutes. DO NOT STIR. Put in unbake pie shell. Sprinkle
  with cinnamon, brown sugar, and dot with butter. Add top crust and
  bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
