      Title: Apple Custard Pie

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      1 c  Sugar
  1 1/2 tb Flour
      1 ts Apple pie spice or cinnamon
      1    Pie crust; unbaked
      2 c  Apples; chopped
      2    Eggs; slightly beaten
 
  Mix dry ingredients. Mix with melted butter. Add 2 eggs. Pour into
  unbaked pie shell and add chopped apples. Bake at 375 degrees F for
  30 to 45 minutes.
