                         Banana Vanilla Wafer Pie

   1      lg            Box vanilla wafer cookies
   6                    Whole ripe banana -- sliced
                        - diagonally
   1      pt            Heavy cream or whipping cream --
                        - whipped
   1      ts            Vanilla

Arrange vanilla wafers on plate in round circle. Add vanilla to
whipped cream. Place sliced banans on top, cover with whipped cream.
Repeat to make 3 to 4 layers. Refrigerate, covered at least 4 hours
or overnight.

Yield: 12 Servings
