MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Raw Mango And Pineapple Tart Categories: Tarts Yield: 1 Tart MMMMM----------------------------BASE--------------------------------- 2 c Pecans 2/3 c Almonds 3 c Dates 1 tb Pure maple syrup MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING------------------------------- 1 Mango 1 c Pineapple 1 c Cashew nuts 3 tb Pure maple syrup 1 tb Coconut oil Base: Place all of the nuts in a food processor and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until they are crushed, then add the dates and spoon of maple syrup and blend again. Once a sticky layer has formed then remove the mixture and use a spatula to press it into a baking dish. Then place the cashew nuts in the blender for a few minutes until they begin to turn into a nut paste. One this has happened ad the mango, pineapple, maple syrup, and coconut oil and blend until a thick creamy paste has formed.
