      Title: Oatmeal Muffins
 Categories: Breads, Muffins
      Yield: 12 Muffins
 
      1 c  Flour
      1 c  Quick rolled oats
    1/2 c  Raisins
    3/4 c  Milk
    1/2 c  Oil
      1    Egg
      3 ts Baking powder
    3/4 ts Salt
      2 tb Sugar
 
  Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spoon evenly in greased muffin pan.
  Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
