                        Peanut Butter Cup Muffins

   2      cups          flour
   1      tablespoon    baking powder
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
   1      cup           sugar
     1/3  cup           cocoa powder
   1                    egg -- beaten
     1/3  cup           butter -- melted
   1      cup           milk
   1      cup           Reese's peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sift the first 5 ingredients together.
Stir in the egg, butter and milk, until just blended.
Fold in the peanut butter chips.
Fill paper-lined muffin tins, full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
