Add all ingredients in bowl. Cut butter into mixture to make a dough. Roll it out and cut into any shape. Fill with jams, jellys or nut fillings, or top with egg whites beaten stiff. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I normally make these into small filled pasteries. I fill them with red raspberry jam or poppy seed filling, but I think they would be exceptional filled with your peach pie filling!
